Meet our APDPs

An Accredited Professional Dialogic Practitioner – or APDP – is a skilled professional who is recognised and formally accredited by the Academy of Professional Dialogue. APDPs have demonstrated their competence and confidence in working with Professional Dialogue™ to bring any grouping of people into dialogue, to achieve generative outcomes and more sustainable decisions in any context.

In addition to their expertise in facilitating dialogue, APDPs possess advanced practitioner competency in:

  • Transferring the Academy's Integrated Dialogue Model to others, thereby empowering individuals, teams and groups to use dialogue.

  • Using an experiential and participatory approach to ensure engagement and first-hand learning.

  • Coaching others to apply Professional Dialogue™ effectively in their own working environment.

By embodying these skills and using them as a powerful tool for progress and collaboration, APDPs play a vital role in transforming organisations, communities and social systems by equipping others to integrate dialogue into their way of working.

The Academy of Professional Dialogue is proud to acknowledge the growing body of Accredited Professional Dialogue Practitioners who represent the Academy and enable its commitment to make Professional Dialogue™ available for the benefit of society. If you are interested in finding out more about becoming and Accredited Practitioner, you can read more here.
