Here you’ll find clear, simple guidance to help you get oriented and make the most of your experience with the Academy.
We’ve started by bringing together the essentials, including an app download guide and short help videos.
More resources will be added over time, so feel free to check back whenever you need a little extra support. If your question isn’t covered here, you can always reach us through the contact form or red chat bubble in the bottom right corner on every page of our site.
If you have a private profile, other members will not be able to find you and message you. You may also find that some features of our website are limited and you will not be benefitting from the full Academy community experience.
To update your profile privacy, you can follow the video below or see use the written steps to help you.

Log in to your account.
If your name appears in the top-right corner of the website, you’re already logged in. -
Click your name, then select My Account from the dropdown menu.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the Visibility & Privacy section.

Click Profile Privacy, then choose Make Profile Public.

Click Set to Public.

A pop-up at the top of the screen will let you know your profile privacy has been successfully updated.

With our app, you can stay connected to the Academy wherever you go. Send messages to other members, register for events, explore the library, and join discussions across our community groups. It’s the easiest way to keep up with everything happening in the Academy.

Scan the QR code on your mobile or search for Spaces by Wix on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Click Sign Up and create a Wix account using the same email you use for your Academy website login.
You can sign up with email, Google or Facebook if this is how you signed up to the Academy. -
When prompted enter the invite code ZSSGRQ
