The Ignitor Fellowship is a structured peer-learning strand within the Academy of Practitioners of Dialogue's ADWOW programme, designed to support those moving from dialogue participant to practitioner. This January 2022 call brings the Ignitor cohort together to share progress, surface challenges, and deepen their collective understanding of what it means to hold and facilitate dialogue in real contexts. Fellowship calls of this kind serve a dual function: they provide accountability and encouragement within the cohort, and they model the very collaborative inquiry that practitioners are learning to enable for others. The recording offers a window into the ongoing, relational nature of practitioner formation, where development happens through conversation as much as through formal instruction.
