The Going Deeper into Practice series offers AofPD members a regular space to move beyond introductory concepts and interrogate what dialogue demands at the level of practice. This session, held on 14th February 2024, focuses on dialogic leadership: how leaders listen, how they hold space for genuine inquiry, and what shifts when consideration itself becomes a dialogic act rather than a solitary one. The recording draws on the accumulated experience of practitioners within the Academy community, surfacing the tensions that arise when positional authority meets the horizontal orientation dialogue requires. For those working at the interface of leadership and dialogue, the session raises questions that extend well beyond the meeting room.
