Proakatemia sits within the School of Business & Media at TAMK and currently enrols around 160 team entrepreneur students across BBA and MBA programmes, supported by 12 team coaches and a large alumni community. Its pedagogy draws on Nonaka and Takeuchi's knowledge-creating company model, organising learning around four distinct spaces — socialisation, externalisation, combination, and internalisation — each of which depends on sustaining genuinely dialogic relationships between participants. Team entrepreneurship, team learning, and team coaching form the practical framework, all resting on democratic leadership structures and relational culture rather than hierarchical instruction. Personal outcomes surface in students' own words: one team entrepreneur describes learning to stop comparing herself negatively to others and redirecting that energy toward her own contribution.
