A Participative Webinar with William Isaacs
William Isaacs
How does dialogue operate at the highest levels of political and corporate leadership? William Isaacs, co-founder of MIT's Organizational Learning Centre and founder of Dialogos, has advised CEOs and prime ministers for 30 years on how dialogue enables systemic transformation.
William Isaacs is Founder and CEO of Dialogos, a strategic dialogue and leadership development consulting firm, and co-founded MIT Sloan School's Organizational Learning Centre where he taught for over 30 years. He has served as leadership advisor, educator, and architect of systems transformation for CEOs of startups and global corporations, fund managers, development professionals, national policy leaders, and prime ministers. His facilitation work spans global energy executives, senior political leaders across South Asia, union leaders, and cabinet ministers. Isaacs has designed and guided reform of large systems in companies and national government agencies, involving tens of thousands of leaders across multiple geographies. In this participative webinar, cohosts Nancy Dixon and Linda Ellinor interview Isaacs about his thinking before moving participants into small groups for reflection. For practitioners seeking to understand how dialogue operates at the highest levels of organisational and political leadership, Isaacs offers direct insight from decades at the frontier.
