A Participative Webinar with Eelco de Geus

Eelco de Geus

How do spirituality and music become part of dialogue work? Eelco de Geus founded the Dialogue Academy Vienna and brings warmth, wisdom, and unexpected elements into his systemic-dialogic process work with organisations and individuals. This webinar captures his distinctive approach.

Eelco de Geus works as a therapist, coach, consultant, and international teacher of systemic-dialogic process work. What distinguishes his approach is the integration of spirituality and music into dialogue practice. De Geus founded the Dialogue Academy Vienna, which provides learning spaces for dialogue process work and facilitation. His purpose, as he articulates it, is improving the quality of relationship by building community in both personal relationships and organisations. In this participative webinar, cohosts Nancy Dixon and Linda Ellinor interview de Geus about his thinking and practice. Participants then move into small groups to reflect on how his experience connects to their own work with dialogue. The webinar offers practitioners a window into an approach that explicitly embraces dimensions often kept separate from organisational dialogue: the spiritual, the musical, and the deeply relational aspects of helping people connect across difference.
