Eelco de Geus works as a therapist, coach, consultant, and international teacher of systemic-dialogic process work. What distinguishes his approach is the integration of spirituality and music into dialogue practice. De Geus founded the Dialogue Academy Vienna, which provides learning spaces for dialogue process work and facilitation. His purpose, as he articulates it, is improving the quality of relationship by building community in both personal relationships and organisations.
