Each individual has their own history that shaped their behaviour, and their way to act and to respond. Each society, group, and culture has its patterns, values and beliefs. This is common knowledge but within our daily life we rarely reflect on why and how we act and behave the way we do. Professional Dialogue helps us to be aware of the underlying values of others and discover the patters and ways of thinking of the people around us. This prepares the path for a way of learning, the creation of mutual values and helps us to find sensible and respectful solutions.

Markus Reisle is an anthropologist. He worked with refugees, on labour migration, diaspora and development policies within the Red Cross, the UN and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. He is a strong believer in professional dialogue.

Bobby Frazier an ICF-trained coach, Accredited Professional Dialogue Practitioner, and Online Business Manager, helps individuals and teams develop clarity and alignment by weaving coaching and dialogue principles into how they think, communicate, and create processes together.
