Our Journey Implementing Dialogic Classrooms in a Primary School

We will present a brief story of our journey, introducing the Dialogic Classroom Project in Arco Iris School in Buenos Aires, Argentina: the discoveries we made, the difficulties we faced along the road, and the transformations we have started to observe in the community since we began this Action Research Project in 2024.

Andrea Dumas is an educator with over 30 years’ experience as a primary headteacher. She taught at the University of Buenos Aires and is currently an educational consultant. Andrea is an APDP and lead for the Dialogic Classroom Project in Argentina.
