Together, we'll enquire into the conditions that support or constrain both individual and collective learning within ourselves, our teams, and our organizations. What fosters curiosity, reflection, experimentation, and personal development and what pulls us back toward simply knowing? As we surface these dynamics, we'll consider how dialogic learning in the room and beyond, might shift our organizations from places of compliance to cultures of continual growth and discovery.
