This session provides participants with an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences regarding the factors that facilitate or obstruct dialogue in campus settings. Alongside joint reflection and discussion, the session also incorporates individual work, engaging participants in internal dialogue.

Kati Tikkamaki - Lecturer and Head of the Degree Programme at Humak University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland. Professional Interests: Embedding Dialogue in the Workplace Learning and Development.

Timo Nevalainen - Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Team Leadership in Tampere University of Applied Sciences (since 2007) and a Team Coach in TAMK Proakatemia degree programme since 2010. His professional interests include educational theory, team learning and team coaching, dialogue in education and working life, knowledge management and organizational learning, as well as logotherapy and mindful body practices. He is currently working on a PhD thesis in education on the experiential aspects of dialogic team learning and coaching.
