Jane Ball: (UK), Dialogue Associates and Academy of Professional Dialogue


Acting as a consultant, intervenor and thinking partner, Jane has been bringing Professional Dialogue into commercial, government and not-for-profit organizations internationally since 1999. Almost imperceptibly she enables discordant groups to collaborate, whilst visibly helping people to learn new skills and leading them into new ways of working together. Her latest initiative takes dialogue into primary school classrooms in Iran, South Africa, Argentina and the UK.



Peter Garrett: (UK), Dialogue Associates and Academy of Professional Dialogue


Peter’s book A New Kind of Dialogue details how his work has shaped the development of Dialogue over the past 40 years, from the early conceptual insights with theoretical physicist David Bohm to the founding of the Academy of Professional Dialogue. During that time, as a pioneer, advocate, consultant, educator and patron, he has introduced dialogue into hundreds of teams, organizations and organizational systems.



William Isaacs: (USA), Dialogos International


For 30 years Dr William Isaacs has served as a leadership advisor, educator and architect of systems transformation for CEOs of start-up and global corporations, fund managers, development professionals, national policy and political leaders and prime ministers. By raising the level of collective leadership, he enables people to access their collective intelligence. His book Dialogue: The Art of Thinking Together is a classic in the field.

Tzofnat Peleg-Baker: (USA), Inclusive Conflict International


Dr Peleg-Baker, applied social psychologist, specializing in collaborative decision-making and dialogic forms of relating, applying Reflective Practice (RP). She integrates multi-disciplinary research to advance learning in academia/communities worldwide. Her teaching/publications span dialogue, conflict, inclusive leadership and RJ. She pioneered democratic and dialogic education, and intergroup dialogue in Middle East/Africa, and led ADR and RJ strategy for the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
