The Going Deeper into Practice series provides a space for dialogue practitioners to move beyond technique and examine the conditions, habits, and relational patterns that shape culture over time. This session, held on 12th June 2024, focuses on dialogic culture: what it is, how it develops, and what sustains or erodes it within organisations and communities. Participants engage with the question of how individual practice accumulates into something broader, exploring the gap between isolated dialogic moments and the more durable transformation of how a group thinks and relates. The session reflects the Academy's ongoing commitment to practitioner development as a continuing discipline rather than a fixed curriculum.
