The conversation moves beyond formal conflict resolution frameworks to consider how dialogue creates the conditions for sustained change at the community and societal level. Cohosts Nancy Dixon and Linda Ellinor guide participants through the session before small group reflection opens the themes to wider exploration. The recording speaks to the question of what dialogue can offer where structural and political processes fall short.
