Rebecca Cannara is a dialogue practitioner whose work focuses on making the hidden dynamics of workplace conflict visible and workable. In this session, she introduces dialogic role play as a method for exploring conflict in organisations, inviting participants to inhabit different positions within a live or simulated tension rather than simply discussing it at a remove. The approach draws on dialogue principles to help people move from defensive or entrenched stances toward genuine inquiry.
