JOIN ZOOM MEETING
We will begin with a brief interview of persons with firsthand experience, to spark reflection and gather food for thought. Then we invite everyone into an explorative dialogue on the “wins” of a dialogic learning organisation — and what it takes to create and sustain one. Together, we will explore preconditions, processes, and structures that enable dialogic learning to flourish, as well as the challenges and paradoxes that come with maintaining a truly dialogic workspace.

Whitney Barton
Whitney works at the Virginia Department of Corrections. In her former role as Dialogue and Business Practice Administrator, she helped introduce dialogue and developed its framework and training structure across the organisation.

Bernhard Holtrop
Bernhard is an organisational development consultant and dialogue facilitator. With experience from boardrooms to polarised communities, he fosters learning and connection in complex systems. He is a trustee of the Academy of Professional Dialogue.
