About the event
The Dialogue at the Heart of the Academy:
We will meet at the same time on the first Wednesday of every month – do make a note in your calendar and join us!
Our intention is to deepen our community engagement, to learn together and experience together as colleagues, and to practice dialogue to improve our skills and competency.
Session Reflections from July:
What a thrill to welcome so many Academy members to our first monthly members -only dialogue session. Approximately 20 members from around the world gathered and connected together with a shared feeling of belonging and community.
We were in such a welcoming mood, that we didn't even find the 'means' of 'removing' an uninvited guest (an AI companion) who we allowed to stay with the understanding that what is shared in our safe space,,, stays in our safe space.
The overall feeling inside the dialogue session was of 'ripples' of connection, engagement, openness, authentic sharing, gentleness and curiosity. The content too rippled, across time (the impact of the moment and impact across years), rippled, across space (our inner-selves, between each other, our countries, our work spaces and home lives,) and rippled through the spoken words and the unspoken silences during the session.
What a thrill it was to be in our community, learning from each other and practicing dialogue together!
